Shenzhen Metro Line 2 uses LED lighting throughout the line

——Shanghai Sansi won the bid for the entire line of LED lighting project of Shenzhen Metro Line 2

Under the global concern and vigorously advocate the development of semiconductor green lighting, Shanghai Sansi is the key project of the national 863 semiconductor lighting research project, in the highly competitive “Shenzhen Metro Line 2 Construction Engineering LED Integrated Energy-saving Lighting Equipment Purchase” bidding project With 17 years of accumulated LED application technology strength and advantages, won the bid.

The length of Shenzhen Metro Line 2 is about 33 kilometers, all of which are underground lines, with a total of 29 stations, including 9 transfer stations. It is initially determined that the number of LED lamps purchased is about 25,500 sets. The system uses dimming control to facilitate different brightness during different working hours for better energy saving and longer life. The first phase of the project will be completed by the end of December 2010, and the East Extension Project will be completed by the end of June 2011.

The large-scale adoption of LED lighting throughout the project is the result of the innovative design and bold practice of the subway LED energy-saving lighting by the Shenzhen Metro Construction Department, which is the first time at home and abroad.
