FluorCam closed chlorophyll fluorescence imager is used for measuring and imaging various parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence quenching kinetics, especially for studying the changes of stress response and mutant screening in different parts of plants. At the same time, the FluorCam closed chlorophyll fluorescence imager is the only instrument in the world that can perform macroscopic OJIP rapid fluorescence kinetic imaging and QA reoxidation kinetic imaging.
The FL6000 dual-modulation chlorophyll fluorescence meter uses STF (single-turn-to-light flash) as the main measurement tool for QA-reoxidation kinetics, S-state conversion, rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction, and other measurement procedures that cannot be completed by other conventional fluorometers. Thus, the depth of the research of Photosystem II is advanced to the level of a specific step of photosynthetic electron transfer. This is also the only commercially available optical system II thermoluminescence measuring instrument.
The PlanTherm PT 100 Plant Thermal Tolerance Meter measures the thermal stability and thermal sensitivity of plants from both cell membrane heat damage and photosystem II heat stress.
This comprehensive system represents the highest peak of international luminosity II research technology and is the best choice for in-depth research on photosynthesis. In addition to Shandong Agricultural University, the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Aquatic Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Normal University, Henan University and other units are also equipped with this system.
