The germination rate of the hyphae in the continuous dark environment was compared with the temperature change. The difference was significant, and it was basically lower than that of seed germination under the condition of variable temperature. There was no difference between the time of initial germination and the duration of germination. It was seen that the temperature change was conducive to the germination of the seeds of the fruit of the butterfly fruit. The germination rate of Artemisia wuhanensis under constant temperature and variable temperature was continuous. At higher levels, there was no significant difference in germination initiation time and germination duration, indicating that temperature change had no significant effect on seed germination of Artemisia selengensis. With regard to the mechanism by which temperature change can promote seed germination, it is generally believed that temperature change can promote the activity of enzymes, facilitate the transformation of storage materials, promote the mechanical changes of seed coat and facilitate the permeability of water, thereby promoting seed germination.

The seed germination of the fruit of the dish is strictly affected by light, and it can germinate under continuous dark constant temperature and variable temperature conditions, and almost no germination or low germination rate at the constant temperature of the continuous light and alternation of light/dark, indicating that the fruit of the dish The seed germination is a dark type, and under continuous dark conditions, the temperature conditions are conducive to seed germination. The demand for light in salt grass has not yet been further proved. For Artemisia selengensis, it can germinate under dark and light conditions, and the germination rate is generally above 80% under dark conditions, and it varies greatly with temperature under light conditions.
