Experiment 26 Photoelectric characteristics of light-emitting diodes
【Purpose requirement】
1. Learn to use LEDs correctly and understand the working principle of LEDs;
2. Measure the volt-ampere characteristics of light-emitting diodes;
3. Measure the forward threshold voltage of the light-emitting diode to estimate the light-emitting wavelength.
【Experiment content】
1. Use the special detection range of the digital multimeter to roughly measure the light-emitting diode;
2. Measure the forward volt-ampere characteristic of the red light-emitting diode;
3. Design the experimental plan, measure the forward threshold voltage of the red, green, and blue light-emitting diodes, and estimate the light-emitting wavelength.
