Everlight Launches New SMD LED for LCD Backlight

Everlight (2393) announced that it has launched two new SMD LED packages: one for lateral illumination 99-211 and the other for forward illumination 62-127. These two new products are suitable for LCD-backlit notebooks. Computers and large-size LCD-backlit TVs use SMD LEDs of different package types with an average illumination angle of 120° and low energy consumption. In addition, these two SMD LEDs are also suitable for light guideplate applications.

The 99-211 is a side-emitting SMD LED with Luminous Intensity up to 2200mcd for small LCD backlight applications (under 10 inches) including laptops, cell phones, lights, lighting and switches Light source.

The 62-127 is a forward-emitting SMDLED with a luminous intensity of up to 7200mcd, high luminous flux and high current withstand capability for large LCD screens and LCD TVs, tube applications, indicator lights, and office and Household light source.
