First, full color LED display brightness
The brightness of the LED patch lamp determines the brightness of the full-color LED display. The higher the brightness of the LED chip, the larger the current consumption, which is beneficial to save power consumption and keep the LED lamp beads stable. LED lamp beads have different angle values. When the brightness of the chip is fixed, the smaller the angle, the brighter the LED, but the smaller the viewing angle of the display. Generally, 100-110 degree LED lamp beads should be selected to ensure sufficient viewing angle of the full-color LED display.
Second, full color LED display failure rate
The LED display screen is composed of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of red, green and blue LED patch lights. The failure rate of the lamp bead will not be higher than one in ten thousand even if it is aged for 72 hours.
Third, full color LED display attenuation characteristics
The LED SMD bead will slowly decay as the usage time increases. The attenuation speed of LED lamp bead brightness is related to LED chip , auxiliary material and packaging process. Generally, after 1000 hours and 20 milliamperes of normal temperature lighting test, the attenuation of the red LED patch should be less than 7%, and the attenuation of the blue and green lamp LEDs should be less than 10%. The consistency of red, green, and blue attenuation The white balance of the full-color LED display has a great influence on the future, which in turn affects the display fidelity of the display.
Fourth, LED display anti-static ability
Since the LED patch lamp bead is a semiconductor device, it is sensitive to static electricity and easily causes electrostatic failure, so the antistatic capability is critical to the life of the LED display. In general, the human body electrostatic mode test failure voltage of the LED lamp bead should not be lower than 2000V.
